Location: Metro Atlanta

Full-time: Monday-Friday


Proactively develop and manage relationships with clients, identify and execute any actions necessary in order to retain clients, and to grow a portfolio. Primary metrics for measurement and compensation are:

  1. Retention/renewal of clients
  2. Enhancement/upgrade sales to clients
  3. Growth of portfolio (via referral sales and outside sales)

Skills / Knowledge Required

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial landscape maintenance field, ideally in an Account Management/Client Service and/or Sales/Business Development role.
  2. Experience/Existing Portfolio with Atlanta Commercial Property Managers
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, skilled at developing/cultivating/building long-term relationships with clients, “people” person
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Background and/or education in landscape/horticulture
  6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
