Location: Austell, GA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in staffing, recruiting and hiring activities for all HighGrove Partners positions (Exempt and Non-Exempt)
- Creatively recruit candidates via cold calling, job postings, social media, networking, etc.
- Manages pre-employment on-site drug screenings, phone interviews, onsite interviews, and new hire paperwork
- Build up our database of candidates for 3 branch offices
- Maintains employee files
- Travel to job fairs
- Travel to our other branches
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Assisting with copying, scanning, binding of documents
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of high-volume recruiting
- Outstanding time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
- Great teamwork capacity
- Highly organized with ability to multi task and prioritize
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
- Driver’s License
