Location: Austell, GA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Participates in staffing, recruiting and hiring activities for all HighGrove Partners positions (Exempt and Non-Exempt)
  2. Creatively recruit candidates via cold calling, job postings, social media, networking, etc.
  3. Manages pre-employment on-site drug screenings, phone interviews, onsite interviews, and new hire paperwork
  4. Build up our database of candidates for 3 branch offices
  5. Maintains employee files
  6. Travel to job fairs
  7. Travel to our other branches
  8. Answering and routing incoming calls
  9. Assisting with copying, scanning, binding of documents
  10. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Must have at least 3 years of high-volume recruiting
  2. Outstanding time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. High level of professionalism
  6. Great teamwork capacity
  7. Highly organized with ability to multi task and prioritize
  8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  9. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
  10. Driver’s License
